“product seems to be high quality but as soon as you try a torque things down they strip out and they end up being shitty I sent the car down and the studs bent the customer service is one of the worst ive experienced they take days to reply”

We are very sorry that you feel that way. Looking into this I see you originally informed us the items ordered were the incorrect size. We sent you a return label to send these back for an exchange. You then reached out that you went ahead and installed these studs and stripped them. We informed you that we would not be able to take these back since they have been installed and are used as that was not the original issue. We are more than happy to help you with a replacement set, however, we have to think in terms of the next customer that is expecting a new and unused item that is also not damaged.
