“I believe the brand is an excellent brand. The prices aren't bad at all. And I love that the shipping is fast. The only thing I don't like is when you order something and if you don't like the color for instance foundation because it doesn't match you, you can't return it like you can at Sephora. It would be nice if you could return it and be able to either get you're money back, or do an exchange, or store credit. That's the only thing that makes me think twice about ordering from them.”

“The colors are different than on the model.. they are all much darker. I had to give them away. That only applies to the glitter flip.. the shimmer lipstick is absolutely beautiful.. I will try more shades just not the glitter flip..”

“I contacted someone via email and have not heard back. I didn’t not receive my package and have had mail theft. I asked for the package to be sent to another address or to please refund me. If I don’t get a reply soon, I will dispute the charges.”

“Got my items super fast, and at great prices with free shipping. There were a few things that were OOS that I really wanted that I could have gotten on Sephora, but exclusives I was able to only get here. Would have loved to have gotten some samples of other items they offer to have encouraged a future order directly from them.”
