“Received the items very quickly however there was no documents in the packaging just the shoes. So if I wanted to return or see my order details I wouldn't have been able to.”

“The goods were delivered on time as described. Updates on the delivery was excellent. The only negative was being offered a collection option but not on the product purchased.”

“Dealt with my order cancellation well and proffessianlly, wasn't 5 stars becuase the instructions were not 100% clear and so I ended up collecting the item from the store nd sending it back myself as supposed to the store sending it back”

“Goods where faulty, returned as faulty and have had an email stating I have cancelled my order due to changing my mind, customer services emailed as no phone number on website. I did however eventually find a phone number and spoke to a very helpful person who couldn't work out why it had been cancelled, so advised as it had been refunded to reorder and email them with the order number so all the postage could be refunded and also they would honour the original sale price I paid before”

“Thing I was no happy about was th £5 voucher could only be spent on the day as was not told this so as I was in a rush and didn't look at it till the next day I have lost my voucher”

“fast delivery and quality products as described. Would have preferred free click and collect that most large retailers offer. P&P of 5 quid a bit steep for what I orered”

“Pleased with my recent order, surprisingly my whole order arrived after only 3 days despite it bring an International order. My only niggle is that some of the items packaging was dirty and ripped. Other than this, everything was all present and just as ordered.”

“4 stars because international orders are collected by DHL and they are very expensive and it doesn't say anything about it on the site or it is very small,everything else seems okay.”
