“Didn't realise you only get credit back when you return items. Wasn't made Clear when I made the purchases. Then had a credit note, placed in order online, paid £4.99 postage. Was told later the £49 hoodie was Not in stock so had another refund and with Postage paid £15 for A pair of boxers, when really Just wanted the hoodie”

“Whilst I am impressed with the quality and price of the products I purchased, one of the items I ordered was not the correct size I ordered. I ordered an XL Twinnz hoodie which came in a XL package with a XL tag but the sizing actually on the hoodie itself was L.”

“Service was easy enough for the purchase, delivery was faster than expected. The only thing I was disappointed with was one of my t-shirts was unfolded out of the packaging and that boxes for a couple of other items had been opened and the boxes squashed as the items I ordered were for gifts.”
