“Always pleased with the products, delivery and service generally. Disappointed that product was unavailable even when ordered, as had to reorder alternative costing a further £5. Feel you should offer the chance for an alternative, with no delivery charge.”

“Love buying from Usc. Lot more on web page than in shop , so I prefer my shopping done online. Why did u change the parcel pick up location from USC to SPORTS DIRECT? I liked my £5 voucher to be spent in USC, not really much I would buy from Sports Direct to be honest.”

“Well you order your goods and pay next day delivery and it arrives next day, this is all good. But ordered goods over £80 and no free shipping option, or no free returns, (there are many online retailers that offer both) . There is no phone number to call and I am not a fan of that really. Though there are some great brands online at this company.”

“The product was brilliant and came quickly (next day infact!) However, delivery charges are far too expensive when most give you delivery for free especially to store! This is the main reason for 4 stars rather than 5.”

“I give usc a 4 due too not receiving one of my items in my order and one item being dirty, I had 2 separate orders delivered on the same day, the other order was perfect, the customer service are dealing with my missing item order and have been corresponding with me via email so have no complaints there hence the high score”

“I was please with my order however the item happened to be bigger than expected. I will happily send it back for an exchange although not too happy that the exchange or sending the item back costs me even more money.”
