“The items of clothing ordered were great, only thing that let my online purchase down was the length of time I had to wait for delivery, 5 working days turned out to be 9 days(7 working)”

“Web site is sometimes slow and bag doesn't up date all the time when going back to viewing items. Also get rid of pop ups for app, when I use the kindle they make the page freeze”

“Although they had a range of items to browse through, after I spent £250 in a single transaction the least USC could do is offer free delivery. Didn't help that I was meant to Get my delivery on Friday and it was late by a day!”
