“Quick speedy delivery, products looked exactly like they did on the website. Only thing I'd like to suggest is that I think you should offer free delivery on orders over £50.”

“The offers can be good sometimes, but the delivery charge is a rip-off. A delivery charge for a pick-up instore should be for free. And at least offer free delivery for purchases over, say, £50.”

“All very good save for a tag being left on polo, which was frustrating as had to then travel into Truro to have removed - so no benefit to having items delivered. Apology received but no gesture from USC”

“I was extremely satisfied with service I received from USC however I ordered two sets due to me not receiving an email to say that I had ordered the first set and the sizes I required where different....because of this I have had to return a set and then have to wait up to 14 days for the money to be refunded into my account which I find annoying since I paid up front for the shorts so was expecting a quicker payment into my account hence 4 stars instead of 5”

“Free delivery promotion was a pleasant surprise :) In general I like selection of brands you offer and I'm very happy you offer deliery to my country (this is a gret plus, and this take around 80% of my decision to buy at USC, even if competitors may have better prices\selection but no direct deliery to Ukraine). I was not happy that one of the goods was not delivered (out of stock), but same problem appeared also with sportsdirect, so looks like this is a usual thing. However this doesn't make me happy, so please check how you can fix this. Probably you can offer another item (in another color or size) if chosen one is out of stock, this will really help. Also app's navigation is not really great, website is much better.”

“Nice cheap clothes, excellent for up coming holiday. Easy to use online service and collection, with a free £5 voucher to spend at sports direct which was very ideal. BUT the refine search buttons are terrible to use on a mobile phone when trying to click the boxes!!”
