“At first because my items was in the sale maybe I didn’t get accepted for one of my items however I got a second email saying it’s verified paid for a 5 days delivery and came within them 5 days everything was fine one problem was an item appeared scrunched up but could be due to driving or handling of the goods I just ironed it and it was all fine will deffo order again I’m a happy customer”

“Everything I have bought has been good quality and delivered quickly, I have been happy with my purchases. However my last order included a Tommy Hilfiger cap which I put in the basket, after this I got an email saying it was out of stock. This Was annoying and I would have liked the option to exchange the item as I had already paid delivery. I don’t think it should have let me add this to the basket if it was out of stock!”

“Every item I ordered arrived, there were no issues with quality or sizes, the only issue I had was that I paid for next day delivery and it came 2 days later, however I contacted customer service and Caroline who dealt with me was very professional, she refunded me my extra cost I had paid for delivery. Will order again!”
