“Loved the fact that it was named brands at discounted price. But I had to pay £5-£6 delivery Which on orders over £200 I do work in customer service myself. And we do sell items at discounted price but still offer free delivery after spend a certain amount of money. There should be free Delivery in the UK And pay for overseas delivery Also when my purchases got delivered, the packaging was damaged. Luckily the items are for myself and not as present. But apart from that the items was fine and would shop again if delivery was different.”

“Love my GStar jacket in Khaki which arrived on time and was just as I expected it to be. The sale price (£169 to £50) made this purchase an absolute must.... as GStar items are not cheap at the best of times!”

“Good line of clothing with great sizing. I was able to find the clothes I wanted in my style. The only let down is paying for delivery. Most companies offer 1 yr 1 off payments or less expensive alternatives. Maybe this could be introduced in the future.”

“the sizeing is wrong for jeans the small is a 32 inch waist 34 is medium and 36 is large not the way its put when buying. A bit of a pain for first time buyers”

“Customer service from USC was great, communication was as expected with emails on order updates however the company used for delivery - Hermes are terrible, it’s been 8 days and I haven’t received my item even though I paid for next day delivery. USC have been fantastic all the way and as helpful as they can but be wary about getting items delivered as Hermes have no customer service skills and are incredibly unhelpful.”

“Pretty happy with the service and the clothes were nice. Only thing I would comment on negatively would be the postage and returns. I would definitely recommend introducing a click and collect service or something where the customer doesn't have to pay so much more.”
