“USC provided a quick and easy transaction. My item arrived fast but the courier, Hermes, did a poor job by telling me my item as delivered and signed even though I wasn't home. I found my package outside in my recycling bin.”

“USC replied to me within a reasonable amount of time and offered a suitable resolution. I had hoped they would post to my home address instead of having to go into my local town to collect second parcel. I may not have been frustrated by this had I not received the wrong item again. At this point I gave up and had to make do with what I had”

“Really good deals and not too long a wait but delivery is a bit pricey and would appreciate more women’s clothing in store ( speaking for the breahead store as that’s my local) would definetly come back though and recommend x”

“Well priced and delivered next day so I can’t have any complaints with that. The customer service wasn’t great. £11 phone call as I never received any emails confirming the order, and had to search for a number to make sure this had all went through as it was ordered for Christmas.”
