“Delivery was quick and efficient however had a small issue with sizing and trying to get a replacement proved to be slightly long winded and a cost was incurred which was annoying as it was a simple exchange.”

“I received my order promptly from USC. Unfortunately, the wrong sized item was delivered. I returned it promptly for a refund having missed my hubbys birthday and the day after, I received my refund. My only gripe is that I had to pay return postage despite it not being my fault. I ordered an xxxl and it was an XXL in the XXXL packaging. Cost me a £10 for delivery both ways. Disappointed in this as overall the service was fantastic.”

“To be honest i never thought they would be this good because i saw the reviews and got worried but then i got an email that confirmed everything about my purchase and the tracking information so they are actually not that bad, i will use USC more often because they proved that they are trust worthy.”

“paid £6 for next day delivery on Xmas eve and it arrived on Thursday as stated so was chuffed that happened over the festive period. Had to return one pair of the jeans but was simple, and the refund only took 2 days once recieved by USC. My only negative feedback is I had to pay for the return (only a few quid but still....) and the website on mobile devices is quite poor and fiddly to navigate.”

“I have had no bad experiences with usc goods , only thing was paying for next day delivery and not recieving items for five days , probably to do with being festive period , but all the same i would have left it to normal delivery as it did not mention may not recieve goods next day during to festive period , apart from that my experience has been overall a good one .”

“Excellent items and rapid delivery. Good quality at good prices. Only problem one of the jackets had a faulty zip. If I returned this to store would only get a gift receipt and unfortunately both local stores only sell mens items!”

“Great and prompt service, good selection of clothes and variety in their brands. However I feel the returns policy should allow for return in store rather than just a simple credit note, that I feel is dated and not very customer friendly.”
