“As the item was out of stock in the shop had to order on line. Process simple and promptly received. Unfortunately had to pay for delivery £4.99. Not sure why as many places deliver to the shop for collection and it’s free.”

“Ordered my son a new pair of trainers for nursery they came in time only downfall was on one of the trainers you could see the glue but they were so helpful as I didn't have time to send back and order again I had a 20% refund of what they cost. Will definitely order again but in plenty time to exchange if need be never had any problems previous to this”

“website good and easy enough to navigate and find whatever you looking for. Good photos, good courier service and returns dealt with promptly. The only reason I didn't give the 5 star was the fact returns are not free. Very good experience and info throughout the whole process.”
