“The two pairs of converse pumps arrived promptly. I was however disappointed that I had to pay to return one unwanted pairs of pumps. The other option was to receive a credit note from Sports Direct if I returned them via the store. I think that this is poor customer service particularly in this day and age when the vast majority of UK based retailers give free returns either by post of store returns”

“Well this time was everything fine apart from one order didn't like it ,but I will send it back Also if you still have my previous order when I spend over one thousand pound were missing 2 lacost t shirt I think was 28 pound each Didn't want to claim it and iam not claiming it,may be it's mistake .apart from that all good”
