“All items arrived as they appeared on their description. However the bags each item came in were torn and the items 'scrunched' up. Nothing major just thought I'd mention it”

“Product was quality and cheap but because the first size didn't fit correctly i then had to order another size therefore had to pay for delivery twice so i occurred an extra 10 pounds in total with the price of the two deliverys which then didnt make the item as cheap as i once expected and standard delivery and pick up at local sports direct costing £4.99 seems quite expensive but on a whole will definitely be ordering again”

“Hi You need to clearly mention the packing weight for your packages sent, as I'm one of your international customers and I'm getting very good offers from your end but I always getting huge fees from my shipping agent because of the weight, i don't know why 2 no. of t-shirts are weighing 1.94KG?? this is very weird. please work on this point for your international customers, either to identify the gross weight before shipping or give me the option to pack in a very light weight packing to avoid this high fees. Thanks.”

“Quality of product, price, delivery all good Would have been an easy 5 stars if you gave me free delivery. I spent over £60 which everywhere else would get me free delivery. At least the collect in store option should be free. Aren't you delivering there anyway. Also your site is quite archaic. You should give Hybrid, Magento or Demandware a call. Stick to being a fashion retailer. Leave the technology to the experts”
