“Although there was nothing wrong with the service, which was quick, not one pair of jeans fitted the same even though they were all the same size! (I ordered 5 pairs which all had to be returned)”

“Well the jacket was nice but the only issue was not being able to collect the jacket from your Stirling store.I had to collect from sports direct which now means the £5 voucher can only be used in sports direct”

“all in all very good but I think the sizes can be a little out i.e DKNY ive ordered 2 of the same size before but one was labled xxl but was clearly a large if not smaller ,also I think postage can be a little dear for one item but I guess nufc need the money”

“I had a good experience the item arrived at the store i chose the order process was quick and easy my only gripe is the delivery charge 4.99 to have it delivered to your house or shop i understand to your home but if it being delivered to a shop most company will do it free or at a reduced price”

“Good contact. I knew where my parcel was and had a prompt email when it had been delivered. Just a little disappointed that I was charged for delivery when it was click and collect. All the other shops do this for free”
