“Very good communication about the order. There is a small issue. When you pay with paypal , you must choose british pounds as currency. If you choose euros , paypal is no option to pay.”

“Happy with item purchased but not so happy about paying £4.99 for delivery to store. I don't know if any other store that charges for this. And when you go to the store it's not wheelchair or pushchair friendly.”

“Ordee process ok but Click & Collect should be free not having to pay and 'refunded in a fomrnof voucher to spend in store only. Stores could be better designed. It felt like miles away to be able to get to the till and collect my order. It was also a challenge to find anything (the store felt to wide spread) to use my £5 voucher.”

“Usc good website easy to use doesn't bounce back to top of page which is great. Quick service great customer service when going to shop downside no womens in the shop I go to so have to buy online us ladies like to try things on as sizes vary with different brands.”

“Always a nice experience. Good choice of clothes and prompt service. The only down side would be your delivery charges,lots of other sites provide at least a free returns option.. Will def use again”
