“Updated order from 2prs to 3prs of shoes and got charged for 5prs! Exchange of emails did not resolve issue. Had to pay £14 to return unordered shoes. Very dissatisfied with service.”

“Good sale price - BUT slow and expensive delivery to store of different size. Charging £4.99 for click and collect is ridiculous when this is offered free of charge by practically every other retailer. Then took three days from order to actually reach store, when most others manage next day! Not good...”

“Great shopping experience. I went on to purchase a pair of trainers for my nephew for returning back to school and the website was so quick and easy to navigate. There is some great offers online and ended up buying more that just trainers lol. Received my order in no time. Thank you!”

“Really disappointed with your returns service. You make it so hard to return products & if you wanted to speak to someone. It would be a lot easier if you could return products to your nearest store like other retailers allow you to. I had to go through various sites & links just to find a phone number to speak to someone. Or is this part of your plan? To make it so hard for customers to return the products they are forced to keep products they dont want. It would take something exceptional for me to use USC again or for me to recommend you to anyone.”

“Excellent service. Needed T-shirt’s exchanged as medium fit like a large, sent by second class on the Monday and received the replacements on the Friday. Small fits medium frame great, not the nipple huggers I was fearful of.”
