“My order took longer then I was told, and I had to chase it up with you. Then when I was told that it was at the store I went and collected it only to arrive home and find that you have sent the wrong pair of trainers! I ordered Ralph Lauren leather trainers priced at £75 but you sent me Ralph Lauren canvas trainers priced at £65. So then I sent an email to you explaining your mistake and asking for either the correct trainers to be sent out or to give me a refund, but no one has even replied to the email! And I'm still waiting! Please help me to resolve this, it is very unsatisfactory.”

“Products removed from order due to "temporary out of stock" whilst showing in stock on the website. No notice given and no option to edit or Cancell the order. Original order delivery cost discounted to 99p, charged £6.99. USC at meadow hall refused to accept returns 3days after order.”

“Website is great and great selection of designer clothes but it takes at least 48 hours for goods to be dispatched then another 4-5 days for them to be delivered by fastway couriers which are poor they delivered my parcel to the wrong address”
