“Ordered what I wanted but few days later use send a email saying you don’t have the item in stock anymore very poor should have said it wasn’t in stock before I ordered”

“Great quality boxer shorts. Shame that there was a security tag on one of them. I took them to local sports direct store and they removed the security tag straight away for me.”

“Good priced items spoiled by £4.99 postage fees. You do get a voucher for £5 but it has to be spent in store which isn’t great. Also the item I received had been opened (the packaging was sealed but the box inside was open) one of the T-shirt’s was not folded and there was a security tag still inside the box. If I didn’t need these Hugo boss T-shirt’s for my holiday I’d have returned them”

“Great stuff and prices, and fast delivery. I only have 1 issue: You do not deliver to the town I live in. I always have to drive 10 km to get my parcel. I tried complaining to Bring, but they said that you chose the pick up point!”

“I bought some white Tommy Hilfiger shoes and they came in blue, I got the option of free returns or ten pounds off, I obviously had to send them back as they were the wrong colour but I thought it was wrong that I had to pay to have the correct colour sent back out to me worh no discount”

“Great product - but you might need to look at the delivery promise. I'm very pleased with my order. When I placed it I paid a premium for next day Saturday delivery, well within the deadline. So I was disappointed to be notified that my delivery would be on the following Monday, when I would be away. I called DPD and they managed to accommodate an earlier delivery. But they made it clear that it's difficult to accommodate the next day Saturday promise - you might like to take a look at this. Thanks Ruth”

“Very poor, paid for next day delivery on an order of 19 items, the next day only one item arrived, i contacted customer services still no reply a few days later i recieved most of the other items minus a few that were apparently out of stock”
