“shipping is 2 expensive plus DHL charges additionally on top of everything, so basically i paid more 4 the shipping than the jacket i bought”

“Whilst 3 of my orders were absolutely fine. The jeans that I ordered looked very different online. I ordered skinny jeans that looked like skinny jeans on the website but when I opened them up they were flared jeans. Will have to return them which means I’m out of pocket.”

“Got son a jacket he’d seen and had to go online to get his size. Great service but I did pay for delivery and then alas I’d got wrong colour so had to return and HAD TO PAY for this- hence only 4 stars. Otherwise competitive prices BUT Most places give free returns to support online service/shopping”
