“The Rating is accepatble only not because of your goods, or your online process but because of the agressive courier who knocked on my door. I was sitting eating, hear three knocks in quick succession, opened the door, the courier was already 50 metres doen the road. I called after him, why could you not wait? He said I knocked 3 times and I have 200 other packages to deliver. He was Agressive!!! So I took the package from him, this is Hermes courier service, my past experience of them is very mixed. This bag I bought is a gift for a relative, unforunately the enjoyment of giving is tarnished by the delivery experience. You would do better to increase your delivery costs and employ a good quiality courier. Because of this courier issue you have I am very unlikely to order from you again. I hope you take notice of what I am saying Paul rawlingson”

“Absolutely shocking! Items arrived used and in poor condition. Contacted USC customer Service and received possibly the worst ever service I’ve EVER experienced from shopping Online. One of the advisors hung up on me for no reason and I mean no reason. Never shopping with USC again. They made me feel like I was absolute dirt. How a company can function like this is beyond me.”

“Ordered a pair of trainers for my daughter when they arrived one was clearly ex display and soiled, how they passed any quality control prior to dispatch is amazing, customer services team were unapologetic and process to return a bit of a nightmare, had to fight with customer service rep to get return postage paid and initial postage refunded, won’t use USC or any Sports Direct company again”

“Was poorly satisfied! Ordered black hi-Top converse, which took 7 days to come to store. Once arrived one of the shoes had a yellow stained sole (looks sun bleached) and the glue around the sole is all visible. So took it to the stop to get a refund, and the staff were very rude. Refused my refund, even though it was a faulty item which I feel I was entitled to a refund. And gave me a credit note which I did not want as I did not want to purchase anything else out of the shore! So poorly satisfied”

“Service is great, products are good but they could do with overhauling their sizes. You need to order 2/3 sizes up from your actual size due to their vanity sizing. I’m a high street 12/14 I’m a USC 18! Im 5.4 and only weigh 11.5 stone”
