“the product itself however I got the incorrect size and had to return it for replacement. The information on the web page about difference between UK an European shoes size was wrong so now I have to wait for a few more days to get my shoes in the right size.”

“Actually, I have a reservation for only one thing in your sales policy. Most stores in the UK or outside of the kingdom do not mind if I want to refund the money, Except for your store does not accept the policy of refund. I do not know why!
