“Good collection of high street branded clothes for reasonable price, only one thing put me off is the delivery charge of £4.99 for click and collect , which is given back as a voucher to spend at sports direct but still its another sales idea to spend money on top of that voucher. I would do more shopping in future from USC if it were a free click and collect delivery.”

“Easy to use website, good selection of items and some good prices. What lets the service down is the price of the delivery. Most other stores offer a variety of deliveries which usually include a free store collection but USC don't unfortunately.”

“Kept informed of order and delivery. Unfortunately when the top arrived it was very dirty on the back. I had to wash it and luckily the marks came out.”

“The Further jacket wasn't packet well, it was put only in "blue" sending bag(plastic)? It's not so nice to send it back from another country because of bad packed? You will maybe lost customers because of that?”
