“We went to the shop first, and the assistant was very helpful. They didn't have the right size in store, so she checked other in the area (still not luck),s o she wrote the code down for us and suggested we try online. We ordered, the shoes arrived and the communications were excellent. I am however now receiving a lot of promotional email - too much - so I'll be unsubscribing.”

“Order was delivered ahead of estimation, however on return of items 1 being out of stock, it would have made sense to switch item for similar item (different colour boxers)”

“Product pricing and availability and ease of the ordering process...all great! Just that the price to deliver to ukraine seems a bit much...why dont you try to join up with DHL and MEEST express that NEXT uses? They are comparatively so much easier on the pocket! cheers and thanks!”

“Ordering on USC website was very simple and delivery was timely... Sizing charts may need be corrected for each brand as unfortunately had to return my full order which is my normal size. I did re-order the items as they were nice items in 2 more sizes as think American sizes are listed as opposed to UK so unsure what size to order... But to do this and ensure I am happy with the products meant it cost £8.55 to return the items, a further delivery cost of £4.99 and out of the re-order the additional size will also have to be returned at a similar cost... So all in all £23ish in delivery and return costs is quite hefty. This would put me off ordering regularly. I'll stick to sites with free delivery or free returns!”
