“Bought Converse shoes for my daughter for school. Converse are lovely. Delivery isn’t the quickest, although it did arrive within 5 working days & the box was damaged. The delivery charge is a little over priced too but otherwise happy”

“This time a 4, I actually got my order and it all fit...just a shame it was packaged as usual...like you hold the bag open, screw the tops up like a basketball at try and get it in from 10m away like a 3 pointer from downtown”

“USC is a good company, selling high-end brands and affordable brands. Only deterrent is the £4.99 delivery/in-store coupon - if this wasn't a thing, I'd buy a lot more frequently from there.”

“When you order an item and then you get an email saying its out of stock(days after you placed order) you should give customers the option to order something else.. This happened to me and I had to order again and pay a second lot of postage.. When you place an order and pay for it you should not get told days later that you can't have that because it out of stock..”

“Very quick delivery to store, slightly disappointed I had to pay for click & collect. Online returns could be made easier, would be nice to able to return in store rather than paying for posting, since I also had to pay for delivery.”

“Great clothes - good sales and really quick delivery - only not a 5 as they charge postage even if you’re spending well over £100 etc where most online retailers offer free delivery over a certain amount. Other than that, excellent.”

“I like USC my only issue is the postage costs. It would be nice, and USC would get more trade from me, if they gave free p&p if you spend over a certain amount, say £50 or £75, I know my last two orders with them would have been a higher value as I am a mug for free p&p and I'm always falling in the trap of increasing my order value to hit the freebie! But conversely, when no such temptation is offered I pare back my order to the amount i think it worth spending the p&p for, if you see what I mean. And sometimes, I pare it back so much, I simply abandon the cart and go elsewhere or simply go without (probably the best idea really!) Apart from that, the £4.99 p&p cost is a 'when we feel like it' service so don't go making plans for the items you just bought! But, great selection of goods and good prices.”

“Easy to use website, great service. Product reviews quickly and as described. The reason for a 4 star rating is that most online purchases either charge postage but offer free returns or its free postage but charge for returns. USC charge the customer for both so it can be quite a costly transaction. Might be worth them reviewing this?”

“I was surprised to find that USC are part of the Sports Direct Group, S.Direct is where I was purchasing the British Knights from before but stock limitations meant I had to look elsewhere but it would seem not too far from. Good turn of luck to have found USC.”
