“I'm a bit disappointed ordered vans for my son starting school on monday 3rd Sept. They were purchased last Thursday delivery was to be yesterday and then today but nothing I know it's courier service at fault but it doesn't help me for Monday”

“The clothes I ordered came on time and are excellent quality, very happy with products. I resent having to pay for delivery to a store, I know you get a voucher for £5 to spend in sports direct, but I am not a regular shopper in sports direct and I still pay 99p and have the joy of waiting to be served for ages in a store I don’t want to be in.”

“I ordered a pair of black leather boots for my son's school uniform. Unfortunately a pair of tan suede books was sent. The box had been incorrectly labelled at the warehouse it would seem. After several days of to-ing and fro-ing by email with customer service, an acceptable offer was made of the original delivery cost and 20% discount. Happy with the result, but I still have to buy my son his school shoes!”
