“Have regularly bought the same boots over the past few years from a big online presence and watched as the price doubled in the last 2 years! Found USC, very competitively priced, ordered and expected delivery in 5 days - got the boots a couple of days later. Easy ordering, great price, great service - may well order a second pair based on value and service.”

“Jeans were great and a hard to find pair/edition in my size shows good selection in Police menswear. Delivery not so great, expensive and slow compared to elsewhere (for example MnM Direct do free next day shipping and they aren’t more expensive for the garments (generally).”

“I recently ordered swim shorts for my son, my order was delivered within a few days but on opening them i realised they would be too small for my son. I returned them and had a bigger size delivered to me. The whole process was quick and efficient. I will certainly be shopping with USC again”

“I ended up with the same pair of trainers being delivered twice on the same door. Your website crashed during the first order, so I repeated it and then got 2 pairs on the same day. I sent an e-mail asking what to do and all I get back is a automated response, which isn't good enough as the error is your fault.”

“Although I placed the order on a Tuesday they didn’t start processing it while the Saturday and it took it over a week to be delivered to the store. I think if you are paying nearly five pounds delivery charge this service is very poor. The item I ordered was a present and only just arrived in time”
