“The items were good and I was really happy with the price. However, I had to return one item which cost me nearly £5 to send back due to being too small. If I’d of had to send all items back it would have cost me nearly £20 plus i paid £5 for delivery so I could of potentially been out of pocket £25 with no goods to show for it if I didn’t want all items. I’m lucky I only needed to send one item back. This has put me off ever ordering from USC in the future, unless they have a better returns policy. Which is ashame because like I said I really liked the price and products.”

“Ordered 2 pairs of Pepe jeans for size online great value looked great on website but unfortunately when i received them they were unsuitable so have returned them for a refund but i would have no hesitation in ordering again if i see anything that i like , As the service is 1st class .”

“The colour of the shoes was not even close to that advertised in the pictures. Also, the shoes make a strange noise when I walk. I don't think I will ever use your online services to order other converse shoes.”

“All clothes I received and was happy with, however some came without any protective packages and were just scrunched up in the delivery bag, this was disappointing when paying a lot of money for T shirts.”

“The item was said to arrive 5-7 days. It took USC just 13 days to deliver it. Highly unsatisfactory... No words of sorry or any apologies. Will not shop at USC anymore”

“I ordered the K Swiss trainers online which was simple. I chose delivery to my local Asda store, they notified me when collect & an order number to punch in. The trainers came as described & a good fit in my normal size(I find some come up small). I couldn’t fault the process & will have no hesitation in ordering again”

“Ordered 2 boss t shirts 1 of them was wrong colour when came and they were both priced at £49 but when got them they had price tags on saying £39 .when rang up bout it was told to put it in an email as don’t deal over the phone poor customer service all round”
