“Recieved faulty items, and seemed as though they were returns previously with marks and scuffs (on the footwear) Make sure you send pictures to USC if returning faulty goods before returning them, as they will NOT reimburse return postage costs. It cost me £8.99 2nd class to return as the boots were heavy, quite disappointed.”

“I am very disappointed about the way deliveries are made, send 2 pairs of shoes to my sis in January and 1 was delivered, very embarrassing. Just ordered 9 pants, and first day 3 was delivered, second day 1 came through. Still waiting for 5, if only there will be delivered. It's so frustrating. “Delivery times have obviously been effected by the current situation however delivery prices have stayed the same which is disappointing. Biggest annoyance is the phone app that’s showing deals 2 for £25 on Lacoste t shirts that’s false as the deal doesn’t exist. Messaged customer support with pictures showing the offer however the response was disappointing and basically was told I was wrong. The offer even today is showing on the app !!!”

“5 items took longer than expected to be delivered. They arrived in 2 parts by Hermes who left them outside the building without notice on separate days (days apart). Trying to find out what was happening with delivery - contacting USC by email was completely ignored, not even acknowledged! Disappointing service overall.”

“Good quality products. Always opt for next day delivery over the standard as it’s much quicker. Had a few issues with 2 orders but easily resolved. Would recommend!”

“Waiting over 11 days now for a order that was supposed to arrive 2-3 days after I ordered it, you cant get hold of anybody from this company to query your order, do not use! There are companys with 100000x better customer service”
