“The products are good but when there is an issue they never reply to emails. So if your order is incorrect when it arrives you may well be out of pocket.”

“Only giving one star as there isn’t a zero stars option😡. Placed my order on 5th may, as of 15th may, still not received my goods, and the only time they have corresponded is when I have contacted them to chase the order up. Still not received a confirmation to say the goods have been sent, only repeated the original confirmation of the order. Will not be using them again if this is the way they treat customers”

“I was very happy with the products I bought price and quality although I’m slightly disappointed with delivery that’s 3 times I’ve now paid for next day delivery been told it will be there at a certain time and then didn’t come till I was at work I know it’s tough times just now but if you can’t guarantee next day delivery it shouldn’t be sold”

“Ordered yesterday afternoon before 5pm and paid for next day delivery. Not only have I not had the delivery I was only sent an email saying it was processed about an hour ago. Incompetent and I wasted money on a service I didn't receive.”
