“Your courier service are awful.ive had parcels left at wrong addresses,left at my front door which isn't secure at all.And last time few days ago was just thrown over my fence to porch.luckily wasn't anything breakable inside..i pay for 3-4 days delivery I'm lucky if I get in within 8 days.You may have lost me as a customer due to who you are using as a courier service!!”

“I had put in an emergency order for some clothes and paid for next-day priority delivery. It turns out that I had not once received a despatch notification e-mail at all, and the items were NOT posted until the following day proceeding the payment. I had an event to attend and was not happy with the result of the order holding me back. Each time I have ordered from here it is a 50/50 result that you will even get your parcel on time. Prices are often decent enough here, however there are more reliable companies for buying your fashion.”

“The hoodie came folded outside the plastic bag and the receipt along with the plastic bag were screwed up and shoved in. The hoodie had clearly been returned as it was stretched at the bottom. Not happy with the service.”

“Parcel took over a week to even process emailed to cancel before sit processed and got told no cancellations to have to go into town to collect it a 10 days later to pay for a return! What a sham can't even return to your own stores”

“Everything went well with the delivery. Got to the receiver just in time for their birthday. However, I think delivery in store should be free. I have a USC shop in Banbury and collection was showing for Sports Direct with 5£ voucher to spend in store which I am not interested in.”

“Ordered a TH scarf at a sale price. Recieved 3 working days later through bad weather. Kept informed throughout by email. Delighted with scarf. (Xmas pres for bro). Would order again and recommend to a friend.”
