“Ordered v neck Armani t-shirt and was sent round neck Armani underwear t-shirt. Returned to Sports Direct and even though I have been sent the wrong item or possibly advertised incorrectly both of which are not my error was told credit or exchange only !!! As they do not stock the t-shirt in store or maybe do not even stock it at all I'm now stuck with a credit note and no t-shirt! I will not be using the USC online shopping service again.”

“I ordered all my holiday clothes which were just under £200 33 Items which I was happy Till I opened the bag..... The clothing Cheap material, Sizes are all wrong measurements, I was really Shocked how much packaging came for a small top that says size 18 XXL, never in a million years it fit me and I am a size 10. Then to top it all off I had 17 Items to send back at the post office to be CHARGED £13.14 to send the items back. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. SHOCKING!!!”

“Item arrived on time, 5 days after the order was placed. Unfortunately, the item was too small. This is when I discovered the horrendous returns policy at USC. Cannot return to store, cannot speak to anyone. Had to download a returns form to fill in and return the goods by recorded post, at my expense, along with the invoice, which I didn't receive in the hope of getting a refund. Keeping my fingers crossed.”

“1. You cancelled an item in a set. What the point for me to get the other? If i want to return that one, i have to pay as well. It’s not fair. 2. The items you have sent were wrong size. The size in the price tag is different from the actual size of item. I will send them all back and wish for refund.”

“I ordered 5 items and 4 of 5 I team were correct but one item was completely wrong, it was not the item I ordered, as i am going on holiday I order clothes online as I only had few days left to prepare thing and once the items came I was very disappointed, but the rest of items are really good”

“I was very disappointed with the quality of my purchases. I bought 2 Calvin Klein triangle bikini tops and within 5 days of wearing it the back of the bikini (fastening) snapped off and therefore is broken.”

“Clothes arrived in good time, however having to pay £5 for delivery and then being asked to pay for any returns is a ridiculous policy and will prevent me from ordering from USC in the future. Awful decision”
