“Usc are great and i use them frequently online. I don’t like that i have to pay postage for returns though. That somehow ruins the experience although everything else is very good.”

“Great service in store I returned shoes as needed a slightly larger size. They were not in stock. So I was issued a receipt with the money to use in store or online. However just because the shop didn’t have the shoe size I had to pay extra for postage Not ideal”

“The service from USC was fine but your couriers were terrible so I won't be buying from you online again. They said they delivered it to my address (no advance notice) and that it was signed for by the householder which was impossible because nobody was in, but they said that someone signed. I found the package behind my neighbours rubbish bin, not even mine, and she knew nothing about it. So they lied.”

“The app was easy to use and navigate through. Delivery time was good, however 1 item was missing when the delivery note said it should be in parcel, and still waiting for a response from CS via email, the response time should be reduced depending on type of query, 1-5 working days is too long. However will purchase again from USC.”
