I’ve been a happy customer for 4.5 years. I’ve always found the customer service a brilliant experience . I also love the peace of mind that everything’s priced on fair pricing not introductory offers so I don’t have to haggle any more.

Customer service is absolutely useless and has not done anything for me in 2 telephone calls. Still charging me for insurance cover when they cancelled it and gave me a credit.

Wish I never transfered to UW. Budget plans a con don't do it.. they will slap u with a massive bill at the end of year making it impossible for u to move to another company. Vulnerability forms every 90 days don't know what for as they never take it into consideration. I have my phones with them too they put me in debt then switched off my phone services to get me to pay the debt. No warning just cut my phone off. Managed to get it back on after an hour and a half phone call. Logged complaints to improve service ovwr and over .. the customer service ladies get upset thinking it's personal when it isn't . Even when there has been no swearing or name calling. Think they forget they work for a terrible company that are con artist and blackmailers. Over changing from the smart meter not actually the smart meter is not acurrant they said.. why did I even get the smart meter? Bills just go up and up. Promises broken and hardship to follow . Disgusting service

This company is by far the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. The staff tell more lies than Jeffrey Epstein and jimmy saville did. Logged in excess of 7 complaints with a company who just took over my provider they managed to resolve 5 magically without even speaking to me or contacting me in any way shape or form. Had loss of service in excess of a week and still no closer to resolution so I called them up and terminated my dealings with them. They treat disabled members of society like garbage they lie to them mistreat them and waste in excess of 30 hours of my life for what ? Absolutely nothing and the company is still doing it. I’ve changed provider now they act like I didn’t do that but been smart I warned them I’ve recorded all conversations we had together and should they try anything after I’ve terminated I will take them to court for impeding on my civil rights as well as my disabled ones and should they try any further stunts with myself I will take them to court and sue them for mistreating vunerable customers. Do yourself a favour stay away from this company there worse then a joke there completely full of lies busting at the seams if you like long headaches and no resolution this company is for you. If you don’t like bad service lies and neglect do yourself a favour and find someone else like I did :)

Absaloute lies from day 1. Promise everything from sales people on high commission but deliver nothing. Bills went up! Then messed up my credit score adding late payments that I was never told about a YEAR AGO!! PLEASE AVOID THESE CROOKS

Extremely poor handling of a serious security incident Utility Warehouse’s handling of a SIM-swap / account takeover incident has been shockingly poor. They issued eSIMs for our mobile numbers to unauthorised third parties, effectively giving criminals control of our phone numbers. This led directly to the attackers taking over email accounts and a UW cashback card linked to the account. Once we alerted UW, the response was chaotic: - It took a very long time and multiple agents before anyone even understood what had happened - There was no clear plan of action - Despite us explicitly asking for everything to be blocked, the cashback card was left active, allowing the thieves to spend the remaining balance the next day We were told replacement SIM cards would be sent urgently, as we currently have no phone service at all. However, UW only sent one SIM card out of three (for our daughter, but not for me and my wife), which is useless for recovering the compromised accounts. After chasing again, we were told new SIMs might arrive in a few more days. As a result: - We have no working mobile phones - We are relying entirely on home broadband for communication - The stress and risk were entirely avoidable with proper procedures For a company handling mobile services and personal data, this level of confusion, delay, and lack of security response is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Utility Warehouse based on how this was handled. We are very new clients to UW, less than a month, and we already have this kind of problems. We wish we had never switched from our previous suppliers, even though they were slightly more expensive.

I love utility warehouse, customer in 2022, customer now 2025, I find the broadband has improved and is now better than my sly one was. The mobile is reliable and great coverage even abroad, eu roaming included, £5 month, its crazy. I also have electric and gas with them and find them a lot cheaper. I have also got the cashback card which reduces and wipes out my broadband, mobile and some of my gas and electric. I highly recommend them. I know most people only leave a review if they have negative to say because people don't have time otherwise. This rating would be higher if all the happy customers saw this and bothered to write a review. Deserves more credit and rating for such a saving and unique service.

I have had this company supplying my Internet since they took over my old supplier and since then my Internet is more down between 7pm and 9pm most evenings avoid like the plague

It's impossible to talk to a human. The automated Home Move asks is just a joke. You cannot even leave a message. I had no intention of leaving UW but they give you no option. UW have gone from hassle free to useless in one move.

Awful customer service - so many representatives who all pile on to a generic email and no single person taking responsibility for a query. They don’t provide names and you’re just forever stuck in a scripted response. Would never go with them again.

Horrible customer service. Can't understand the call handler. Made a complaint and all they keep saying is have £10 and complaint will be resolved. Never use to be like this when call centres were in the UK

I was signed up by a rep telling me I would get £150 on a cashback card if I took a bundle out £50!a month. I didn’t get what he failed to mention was only homeowners get not Tennants and I’m a Tennant. What people do just to get you to sign up in middle of dispute. Worse company ever!!

Shameful company, if you leave they charge £75 termination fee which is somewhere in the small print. We have a smart meter and joined September 2024, initially ok but when we left the last month bill doubled and this month increased from £128 to £822.03. I have contacted the Energy ombudsman about this absurd charge and cancelled the DD and will go to court. Octopus are charging £73 so go figure!

Utility Warehouse are the worst company in the whole entire world, we moved to them, promised the world, but it was all lies. The worst pyramid scheme!! Total scammers! We have a faulty meter that took months to get fixed, now fixed, we are still stuck with £3,455 in debt! No contact from the company despite begging them! Customer service is awful, the complaints department “close complaints” without your knowledge. I’m shocked, this company has affected both my mental and physical health and not one person seems to care! I wouldn’t suggest this company to my worst enemies! Stay well away!!!!!!

Explained twice that I am not a customer & never have been...... And guess what another bill sent to me! I cancelled Origin ( useless no router sent )& went to Vodafone Now UW do your stuff and stop sending bills re account 1573488 May seek advice from the Ombudsman If not sorted asap
