“Easy to navigate web site to get the proper part as well as a flawless check out.
Also, they keep you updated on your order.
Excellent company to deal with.
Thank you.”
“Found this company following a helpful youtube video on repair of our carpet shampooer.
Only quibble is it would have been nice to have hose clamps included.”
“The pump motor works great...learned how to disassemble and install from your utube post. The only part in that post that could be highlighted more was the flow direction install of motor. One could put it in backwards.”
“I am always skeptical about ordering from online retailers that I’m not too familiar with, but I got my part sooner than expected and it was a exact fit. I would definitely order from them again without hesitation.”
“Searched everywhere for an affordable pet carpet cleaning machine. We have an older dog who can’t control her bladder and loves to lose it on our carpets (yay me). Anywho, stumbled across Vacuums R Us and snagged a deal of $100 with free shipping and a 1 year warranty. Used this beast this weekend, not a single spot still shows on my carpets, machine is easy to use, doesn’t leak, works great. No problems. 10/10 recommend!”
“I want to thank Vacuums R Us for their prompt delivery of the vacuum bags I needed for my Oreck dutch Tech canister vacuum. I am now afforded many more uses of my vacuum since I have three more bags for future use. They are exactly as pictured. Thanks, again. A pleasure doing business with you! Diane”
“My early emails didn't go through, but when they got today's email, they responded quickly and they had all the informaiton I needed. I would totally recommend this company for any of your related needs”
Hi Donnie, We have reviewed our emails and do not see any under your name or email address. As the phone message indicates emails is the best way to contact us as we are all working to fulfill orders throughout the day and often can not answer calls in a timely manner. However, that obviously does not work if the emails aren't coming through! I will copy this response to you in email to ensure there is nothing wrong with the email system.
Typically with orders like your the glue bottle is tucked inside the hose in a small plastic bag for protection. If you can respond to our email and verify it is not in the hose we will get a replacement order shipped tomorrow.
thanks
“I had been looking for a while for someone to sell us a spare part for the tires on our vacuum cleaners because we clean houses and that is the only brand that collects all the hair and crumbs from the floor. Now we can give more life to our vacuum cleaners with these replacements for the broken parts instead of throwing them away and buying new ones, that was a lot of expense for us but now we have found the solution with this new supplier”
“It would be nice if you folks asked me for a review after I have received the merchandise. I still have not received the part I ordered approximately 5 weeks ago. You sent me an email saying it was now in country and you had shipped it to me via slow truck from whatever port it arrived on. If you get your parts from overseas I want nothing to do with your business anymore.”
The entire unit was made over sea so it seems self evident that the repair components would come from the same source. As indicated by the tracking number you have been provided the product shipped to you on the 5th and will deliver via UPS tomorrow.
“After watching the Youtube video of how to replace the lower flex-hose on the Shark Rocket model vacuums I figured it would be relatively easy to repair my own. Some of the reviews of this specific model state that the vacuum is easier to repair or that it is more difficult to repair, so it pretty much comes down to personal technical ability.
Here's the mistake I made, instead of using the link posted in the Youtube video to Vacuums R Us I went to the standby for everyone these days and ordered two hoses for the price of one via Amazon. Of course they say these will fit the model in the description but lo and behold when they are shipped and you get to the point where you need to switch the hose it is too wide in diameter. Go figure, the hose must be 1 1/18th instead of whatever was sent.
So, next day I do use the link to the Vacuums R Us store and buy the exact hose recommended. After a few more days of waiting for shipping the hose shows up and it indeed fits perfectly. Now I have two hoses that are a bit too wide in diameter but also a working Shark stick vac. Getting the device apart and together was less tricky than I anticipated and the tutorial video is very helpful.
I guess when you seek advice from a vacuum expert you should also pay attention to the recommendations they make for buying parts. Maybe I can use the two hoses I don't need for a still or something...”
“My old Shark upright had a busted lower hose, but I didn't want to junk it. I was fortunate to come across the Vacuums R Us site. They had the correct hose, glue, and a how-to video to fix it myself! Now my Shark is back in service and sucking!”
“I found this company after viewing a video on YouTube on how to replace a wand release button on a Bissell vacuum. The video provided a link to their website and I was able to order the part I needed and a new filter for my vacuum. The parts came quickly and fit perfectly. I won't hesitate to use them again. Thank you for posting the video!”
