I did call about the order and the man I talked to was very helpful and able to assist even thought I was not sent a confirmation email with order number. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is their shipping policy which will likely keep me from ordering from them again. I had to ship item to my son who I would be visiting since they wanted an enourmous sum ($100) to ship to Alaska, but it was free elsewhere in the US. That means I am subsidising everyone elses' shipping. Not cool. If they would offer shipping at actual cost I would give 5 stars easily and would happily order from them again”

“The USPS crushed the box that my order was shipped in and the small parts fell out. The USPS said that box was insured so we have to contact the vendor. I called "Vacuums..." and the person that answered took my information and I recieved an email back from your company asking for photos of the box. I sent' y'all photos and you sent an email back saying you would send replacement items that I ordered and paid for. 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for the parts. Emails go unanswered. I will dispute the charge with the credit card company if I don't get the parts that I ordered or a refund. O am not sure what to think at this point, other than thay don't really care about the customer once they got their money.”
Hi Dennis. Thank you for your helpful feedback. We have reviewed your order and found your order placed on May 1st at 7:01am MST was shipped on May 1st at 8:39am. We have tracked the USPS tracking number associated with your order and find it is on it's way to you. We are sorry you are disappointed that the postal service does not deliver faster. However, we are unsure at what point there was any indication the product would arrive on the 6th.
“You asked me to revise my review based on my "issue having been dealt with". Seriously? I don't call a short note from you explaining how well you quality control you parts; how rare what happened to me it; or "We do not see record that you had made contact with us regarding the defective part. Had we been provided the opportunity to make that right for you we would have. It is disappointing that things worked out for every one this way" dealing with the issue. Dealing with the issue would have been refunding the cost of the part. However... That's okay, I don't want a refund. My vecuum cleaner is running once again, and that is all I really care about.
In the future, if I were you, I would spend less time justifying yourself, and pointing fingers at the customer and concentrating on real customer service.”

As indicated on the product page, every step of the ordering process, and the follow up order confirmation email you received, this is a rare special order part requiring significant lead time to deliver.
We do not see record that you had made contact with us regarding the defective part. Had we been provided the opportunity to make that right for you we would have. It is disappointing that things worked out for every one this way.
