“I have bought three different types of LED lights from Valuelights and I am very pleased with both the purchasing experiences. The lights are very good quality, very reasonably priced and the delivery speed is excellent. I shall certainly use them again if I need to ... though if the lights last as long as they are supposed to, that might be rather a long time hence. Thank you Valuelights for a perfect online shopping experience.”

“I ordered a pack of 10 lamps and in less than 3 days a pack arrived with only 1 lamp I telephoned Valuelights and it was answered (on a Saturday) by a very pleasant lady who listened to my problem and apologised and said this was human error, not the normal excuse "Computer Error" and said she would send the remaining 9 out to me. I made that phone call on a Saturday afternoon and to my amazement the 9 lamps arrived on Sunday morning. Now that's what I call SERVICE. Anyone can make a mistake, it's how it is corrected that sorts out the good suppliers from the bad. I will give this supplier first option in the future”
