“Light arrived damaged by the courier but Value Lights customer service sorted it immediately and a new lamp arrived within days. Very impressed with the quality, looks stunning in our kitchen/diner & very unique looking.”

“Great customer service. Quick dispatch and easy delivery. One item arrived broken however a quick pic sent off to customer services on the weekend and an email response first thing on Monday morning advising me that a replacement was being shipped out. Truly could not ask for more - would recommend and use this company again.”
