“Accidentally broke glass shade whilst installing fan, spoke to customer service said they didn’t sell shade seperate and would have to buy complete fan, bloody rubbish service, will never buy from them again”

“I love my shades! So pretty and so cheap, very good value for money. There was a tiny problem with one of them. One phone call and 2 days later, I had a new one at my door, no need to send the faulty one back. As of now, I will always check for options at Valuelights before anywhere else when I need new lights.”
