“I am yet to receive the full delivery. I received only part of the delivery on Saturday and am still awaiting follow up communication to let me know when I can expect the lamp shade.”

“I ordered 3 different lamp types. All were shown as in stock. Only got 2 of the items, as warehouse say item is out of stock. Item not supplied to be refunded, but to order this single item again in future will involve a substantial delivery charge, making it uneconomical. Not the best of results. As for the products which have been supplied, I have had the Minisun 3W high output GU10 lamps before, and they are excellent. I only hope that the lower output 3W GU10 lamps are as good.”

“Lights were nice but incredibly difficult to fit. Also two of the lights ordered were sent without bulbs despite paying for them and I am still awaiting a response as to when I will receive these.”

“Bought 2 bedside lamps with 2 bulbs. Arrived on time - good quality and as described. 1 of the bulbs had been broken in transit. Reported this next day with the phone being answered straight away, the problem was noted by the person who answered the phone without being transferred all around the world and the new bulb was dispatched by special delivery and arrived next day. Excellent experience all round and would recommend and use again”
