“I purchased a floor lamp from valuelights and they sent a tracking number which I have checked and they said that the lamp was delivered, two weeks later I still haven't received it. I have emailed value light with my receipt attached and they haven't even replied. They took my money without delivering the lamp. I will never shop online again. Odette”

“Well, I had to replace my standing light, which was a 3 stage variable LED, the 3 way switching failed. This one only has one stage, so hopefully it will last longer, and I must say this one position is great, price is cheap too”

“Good value but the three spot bar light is almost impossible to fit a GU10 bulb into. I've now spent more on dropped bulbs than the cost of the lamps”

“Brilliant service , kept me in the loop via email up until delivery. Fab lights for the price, only problem was one was damaged in transit, wooden joint of "angle poise" snapped in two. Needed for B&B room so managed to stick with super glue. Other than that, great , love them”
