“I bought the bulb which was recommended on the site with the wall light...£6. It came with wall light and it is too big, so will need to buy another bulb! I notified value lights who sent me an email with instructions on how to return the bulb via Royal Mail, no apology or offer to send out the correct sized bulb...not helpful”

“I personally will not use valuelights lights again. Ordered a lamp and within minutes the price dropped and they would not price match. Then another lamp order arrived and it did not work. I asked for a refund and only received a partial refund due to postage costs, yet I paid extra for shipping and handling.”

“Great service and product. Ordered a touch lamp which arrived 2 days later. Was not expecting much as it was only £15 however really, really pleased with. Won't hesitate to buy from them again.”

“Very quick delivery, could track delivery but when it came it was broke and had to tape the plastic white bit up (it had splint into to pieces ) , I could return it but thought what’s the point ,”

“Absolutely fab service from ordering to delivery. Shade I ordered is stunning (Dohan 3D Glass Pendant Shade in Chrome), everyone I've shown has asked for the sites details and my boss has even now ordered one! 1 item had become out of stock but I was notified immediately that I would be refunded and within an hour I had a notification from PayPal the money had gone back! Excellent service will definitely be using again.”
