“Ordered a pendant light at a very competitive price. It arrived the next working day, but was damaged, I contacted Valuelights to inform them of the problem. Staff were very apologetic and straight away offered to send out another light. They didn't ask me to return the original light which was great because I was in the middle of decorating & really didn't have the time to package it all up again, print out labels & take it to the post office. I received the replacement pendant light the next day. Problem solved swiftly & efficiently. Very happy customer!”

“The light arrived, impressively, within 36 hours of ordering, even though we had not chosen fast delivery. My mother is struggling with macular degeneration. This light is 600 lumens on the higher (of 2) settings. It means she no longer has to use a torch to read. When she is sitting on her armchair, the bendy neck means she can bend it to the height she wants. It also adjusts so that she can direct the light onto the page. It really is the perfect light. I have no eye problems but would find it excellent for reading, sewing and close work. An excellent product with outstanding delivery service.”
