“Absolutely fab service from ordering to delivery. Shade I ordered is stunning (Dohan 3D Glass Pendant Shade in Chrome), everyone I've shown has asked for the sites details and my boss has even now ordered one! 1 item had become out of stock but I was notified immediately that I would be refunded and within an hour I had a notification from PayPal the money had gone back! Excellent service will definitely be using again.”

“I am very pleased with my lights waiting for my electrician to fit them ready for Christmas. My only concern when they were delivered was the box was damaged but when I checked inside all the lights were ok. Although the box was clearly marked fragile.”

“Ordered some lights delivery was fast, called company as had a small chip in shade, not only did they replace the shade within two days they sent a whole new lamp,,,, amazed and extremely grateful the best service from a company I have ever had and this is fact”

“I found Valuelights website very easy to use, I ordered the wrong light (my fault) Valuelights assisted me with easy return at no cost to myself and refunded promptly, I purchased a second light and this time correctly it arrived next day even though I purchased standard delivery, I was extremely happy with my purchase it’s really good quality and looks amazing. My dealings with customer service was excellent and the phone was answered within 3 rings and I received a professional service I will definitely use again and would recommend to my family and friends”
