“I received my light and the box was ripped with the lampshade missing, However Valuelights were good enough to send me a replacement which I am now a happy customer! All sorted in the end.... Thank you”

“Good lights for the price however, the cable entry hole will only allow one cable in - tricky if there are two or more in parallel and the connection to the bulb holder will only allow in one wire - same problem with parallel installations.”

“Just a slite disappointed with the overall size of the fitting but it is in an upper hallway lamps are bright and the glass reflects the light well. Will go for the bigger fitting for the main hallway. You get What you pay for. Will buy again from Valuelights.”

“Ordered a bubble lamp and was sent a cloud lamp shade. Called to inform of this mistake, was asked to return lamp shade and that bubble lamp would be sent out. Then had email telling me bubble lamp no longer available. I now have a lampshade I didn't want and no bubble lamp that I did want!”
