“I am still waiting for my purchase almost a week later - having paid for next day delivery. The parcel was dumped nowhere near the given address and while that may not be the fault of value lights, I had to chase everything up and never has any mention been made about refunding my wasted £5 for next day delivery. The parcel is now supposed to arrive tomorrow. Let's wait and see.”

“I ordered the barley twist uplighter in chrome finish for my dining room. Wow! Ordered another for the lounge. The quality is fantastic. The price a bargain. Delivery superfast carefully delivered by courier. Would highly recommend 'valuelights'. Thankyou”

“I ordered two lampshades and they arrived quickly and were great value for the price I paid. One lampshade was missing a small screw so l emailed Valuelights for a replacement. They quickly sent me another screw by recorded delivery. The only problem I experienced was their emails appeared in my spam box (which unfortunately I did not check) until they phoned me.”

“I ordered two brushed chrome table lamps on Monday morning, arrived today (Thursday). They are absolutely perfect and look far more expensive than they cost - so are really "Value" for money. Have seen similar lamps at twice the price! I would recommend anyone needing lights to look at your website, as this is really a first class service.”

“Paid for express delivery but didn't arrive next day. Upon contacting Valuelights, the postage was refunded immediately. 3 of the lights arrived smashed. I sent a pic and replacements were sent without delay. Good communication throughout.”

“LIGHT FITTING was as described, arrived very quickly and most importantly - was packaged very well. I have had a similar product a number of years, supplied by another company. This has the older fluorescent type daylight bulb, whereas Value Lights product is more up to date with LED lights which are even brighter.”
