“I got my lights been in contact with value lights to ask for refund as they are not what i wanted ,they passed me off to amazon amazon says it is them what should give me credit not them.STILL WAITING NOT GOOD EH”

“I was so happy to find such a great pineapple shaped lamp for my friends 50th Birthday present. It has exceeded my expectations with price, delivery, quality and the fact it’s a touch sensitive dimmable light was an unexpected bonus! I will be ordering again very soon! Our love of pineapples is mutual and she is equally overjoyed with her gift as am I!! Thank you 🍍”

“I was highly impressed with the service from value lights and the prices were excellent. I would have liked a little more choice of lighting and the quality to have been higher but they were minor issues. When I called to report an issue it was dealt with beyond my expectations and there was no quabble just a straight resolution and apology which I was very pleased with. I would (and have) use them again.”

“Products good quality & very good value. Took 1 week to arrive despite being on a 48 hour delivery. I did have cause to phone the customer service department who were very unhelpful and didn't seem to have a customer first approach to service. A very disappointing response.”
