“first of all I didnt receive a confirmation of my order from the company, I only had contact through paypal, I tried to make contact through paypal as it was my only option to cancel my order and then the lamps turned up 2 days later. I received no confirmation of the cancellation of my order and then the lamps arrived, which were plastic. I have had no contact from the company, no paperwork with the product I bought them from and have no idea how to return them. I called to customer care line to get some information and 3 times I was hung up on. Yes speedy delivery, but thats it!”

“It arrived promptly and well-packaged; apart from those irritating bits of styrene foam which refuse to leave your fingers, jumper, floor and almost everything they touch! A beautifully-built piece of kit, slim and lightweight, if not a bit delicate - I'm going to house it in a hand-built-to-size plywood box for safekeeping. As I am reluctant to outlay for a large-format digital slide/negative scanner, I'm using the Light-Table as an illumination-source for digitally re-photographing with my Sony Cybershop camera; and am achieving surprisingly good results. The wonderfully even, bright white light is its major attribute; and that at a colour-temperature which does not degrade the colours of my 5x4, 3-1/4inch and 35mm colour-slides. All-in-all, a professional piece of kit which is priced very competitively and achieves everything which one expects of it. No photographer should be without one!”
