“Terrible. One of the worst companies you could ever deal with. Poor quality products (basically Chinese Alibaba products with inflated prices) and horrendous customer service. They have multiple business on the likes of eBay and Amazon with different names, Value Lights, The Light Factory and many more. Seriously, avoid them if you want to spend your money on decent things and not have to endure their criminal behaviour when dealing with problems.”

“Assembly was a bit fiddly but was easy once I’d got the hang of it, they had made it compact for delivery. Looks absolutely stunning however, works brilliant have been complemented on it already and referred friends also. Overall a beautiful decoration to brighten up a space!”
