“I received my lamp the day after I ordered it, but unfortunately it was faulty, I emailed them, they replied very quickly and within two days I received a replacement. Great Service, I couldn't faulty them 5 stars.”

“I ordered a bamboo floor light which arrived promptly. Unfortunately, the cable was severed. I phoned the company and told them. The guy was so helpful and said that a replacement would be with me the following day. He was as good as his word and they delivered the new light this morning and took away the faulty one. I am really pleased with the light. Great service! Thank you.”
